My Two Girls Home is a home decor business that is driven by a desire to bring professional home decor and consultation to people working within all price ranges.  In preparation for My Two Girls Homes creation, I was discouraged to learn that people are often hesitant to contact a decorator because they believe they can't afford it.  For My Two Girls Home no job is too large, but perhaps most importantly too small. From the mom who can't seem to choose the right paint color, or the family who doesn't want to spend 10,000 dollars on a couch that might go out of style in 3 years, our company can help.  My Two Girls Home knows how to find quality goods at affordable prices.  Our company can assist others with 

  Zeroing in on their style, coming up with a budget and sourcing options that work at various price points.  We can do a one-day makeover that moves around a homeowners existing accessories and furniture to optimize flow and aesthetic. We offer a home staging service maximizes a seller's profits and shrinks their time on the market and a holiday decorating package for someone who wants to wow their guests but can't seem to find the time to make it happen.   My Two Girls feels privileged to be considered by anyone to assist in their pursuit of home...after all, there's no place like it. 

I launched My Two Girls Home while trying to balance a passion for home decor with my responsibilities as a grateful wife and mother of two daughters, three dogs, one cat and a hamster.  For as long as I can remember making the spaces around me beautiful has been essential.  Even as a twenty-something bachelorette living in a teeny studio, the way my apartment looked and felt took priority somehow over other responsibilities.  Back then resources were scarce.  It taught me how to do a lot with a little and how to work with what you have before you seek out new materials.  I have learned that I can make any space feel a little more like home regardless of available funds or current conditions. Today, when I walk into my home, I see a palette that reflects my style of relaxed luxury touched with a bit of whimsy.  In my home, I want everyone to feel comfortable.  I have a philosophy that a home should be lived in and not merely looked at.  This principle drives all of my aesthetic choices.  Too, I do my best not to take decor too seriously.  Throughout my nest, you well see good-humored trinkets and signs that are a window into my husband and I's personalities.  Life is funny, and we both love to laugh.  I have a knack for mixing colors and styles to draft unique and eclectic spaces that reflect individuals personal groove.  I have an eye for inexpensive items that won't break the bank but know when a splurge might be needed to ice the cake in a room to make it fabulous.  Before founding My Two Girls Home I worked for over a decade as a successful real estate agent.  I saw and was inspired by all types of homes and developed a real understanding of what buyers want to see when they are hunting.  This unique perspective makes me a highly skilled home stager with a keen ability to make small changes that yield a significant impact for sellers.    It is my honor to help others in their pursuit of home, whatever that vision or goal may be.  I feel grateful each, and every day for the opportunity to work in a field I have such a strong affection for.

My Two Girls Home was created while taking time to raise my two darlings, Mila Wren and Annalise Patricia.  Mila is a bubbly, cautious, life loving little girl who came into the world on the day she was due and has never followed a schedule since.  She never misses a chance to break out into a dance or sing, and she sees the good in all people and things.  Annalise is a kind and gentle soul who tells others she loves them out loud many times a day.  Often I will feel her arms wrap around my leg in a tight random hug just because.  She was the very best baby, sleeping often and never restless or demanding but as a toddler, she figured out how to make herself heard!  We are happy to fulfill her pixie wishes because what Anna takes she gives back tenfold in a gentle, loving way that only she can.  These two angels are my sun.  They drive me to continue to chase my passion.  My Two Girls, Mila and Annalise.
